Microsoft has released a new operating system, introducing it to the world on July 29, 2015 and made all owners of a genuine license of Windows 7 /8 / 8.1 eligible to upgrade to Windows 10 for free. Although, unresolved compatibility issues with third-party software still prevent a lot of users from performing an upgrade.
TrueConf users can be at ease, as migrating to Windows 10 will not influence the stable work of our client applications. We have tested how TrueConf performs on a new OS and no critical problems were found. Some minor interface side effects such as inaccurate attachment of the Address Book to the main window of a program were found and will be removed with the newest TrueConf app update.
We should note that some problems may occur with audio-video devices, cameras and headsets in case vendors did not manage to release driver updates for Windows 10. For this kind of a problem, please contact our support service.
